Nicole (she/her) was born and raised in Kamloops, BC, and has recently made the Okanagan her home. Nicole’s journey with mental health and wellness began in 2016 with her undergraduate studies in psychology at Thompson Rivers University (T.R.U.). Since then, she has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University, and worked as a Sessional Counsellor in the T.R.U. Counselling Office.
